Dr. Nielson is a Las Vegas native dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality dental care for children. He earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University before receiving his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the University of Kentucky. He then completed his pediatric dental specialty training at Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Rhode Island.
As both a pediatric dentist and a father, Dr. Nielson understands that every child is unique and that parents want to feel confident their child is in good hands. He is committed to creating a positive, comfortable experience for children while helping parents and caregivers feel at ease. One of the most rewarding parts of his profession is seeing a child walk in feeling nervous and leave with a smile.
Dr. Nielson married his childhood best friend, Anna, and together they have three children, with one more on the way. Family is at the heart of everything he does. When he’s not caring for patients, he enjoys hunting, fishing, watching and playing sports, and spending time with his family.
